High Speed Ball Mill Cutter For Steel Good Heat Resistance
The ball nose end mill has four flutes for machining on hardened and high-alloy steel, steel casting, chill casting, malleable cast iron, chromium-nickel steel, brass, copper, aluminum with a high percentage of silicon, and abrasive plastic. Four flutes produce a better finish than fewer flutes. The tool’s ball nose creates contoured surfaces where sharp corners are not required. It balances lower angles’ strong cutting edge for difficult-to-machine materials with higher angles’ increased cutting action. The center-cutting design has cutting teeth at the end of the tool, so it can be fed into the workpiece like a drill bit.

HG680 high speed and high hardness milling cutter series is made of high-quality European grain tungsten steel material, with bending strength of 4600mpa and grain size of 0.2 μm, which is coated with imported Balzers high-performance composite coating.
